The home is a 80 foot by 32 foot modular ranch home with 2500 square feet living area.
It has four bedrooms, two full baths with two showers and two tubs. It has a large kitchen with hardwood cabinets, all new appliances, large granite island, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer w/cold water and ice maker.
The living room has vaulted ceilings with wood burning fireplace. The master bath has two make-up stations with double gang lighting and two walk-in closets.

Full length guttering diverts the rain into collection pipes underground that distributes the rainwater 50 feet below the home. A 600 gallon holding tank supplies the store and home with a back-up water supply in case of power outages.
