Our TOC rental staff will be on-site daily to assist brokers and their
clients by showing COMMON AREAS as well as accessing units.
Because of the pent up demand for TOC rentals, “showings”
will be conducted by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
The Trump Ocean Club Rental staff will be available throughout
the entire rental process for registration, site tours, and completion of rental agreements.
All residents will post a three month deposit of the rental rate on the
specific apartment. The deposit will cover first month, last month and
security deposit.
The average rental rates established are as follows. Please note these are
“average” rates and specific rates may be more or less based on floor.

TWO BEDROOM - $3500
THREE BEDROOM - $4800
BAYLOFT STUDIO FURNISHED - $2500
